Teach at Brewster 

As a teacher at Brewster, you play a crucial role in fostering an environment where students can achieve early success and develop confidence in their academic abilities. Our curriculum and teaching practices are designed to enable students to be successful and fully engaged in their learning journey. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Facilitating Small Class Discussions: Classes at Brewster typically consist of 10 to 14 students, allowing for personalized attention and meaningful class discussions.

Fostering Collaborative Learning: At Brewster, we believe students learn most effectively when engaged with and teaching others.

Residing in a Dormitory: Faculty members typically reside in a dormitory. There, they foster an environment where students learn from one another within these residential settings.

Coaching/Afternoon Programs: Faculty members typically coach two of three sports seasons or direct afternoon programs in intramural athletics or the arts.

Working Weekend Duty: Faculty members have weekend duties for approximately four weeks per school year.
