We Prepare Diverse Thinkers

Brewster's student body represents a dynamic mix of learners and thinkers. Athletes. Artists. Musicians. Math wizards. Lovers of science and poetry. Lovers of nature. Our 350 students come from two dozen states and more than 20 countries. They come from all parts of the socioeconomic spectrum and from a range of civic, religious, and cultural backgrounds.
All of that diversity enriches Brewster's academic community—one that values individual differences. Here, students work together and challenge and support each other—in our community you will find the capacity and opportunity to learn from other people like and not like you.

Who We Are
At Brewster, we cultivate competencies and qualities of character that will serve our students in the larger world and transform them into self-aware, capable adults who are committed to that which is larger than the self. It is our hope that Brewster graduates will engage in purposeful work with care, curiosity, and creativity, becoming role models within their communities, inspiring by example and uplifting others to see their own potential for positive impact.
Community Core Values
The way we engage each other as community members is a reflection of what we value. We believe that Brewster will be better because of me and I will be better because of Brewster. This principle is the foundation of our four community core values: RESPECT, RESPONSIBILITY, INDEPENDENCE, and INTERDEPENDENCE.
